How to allow and facilitate learners and instructors to interact synchronously, collaborate and co-operate with peers? Develop synchronous multimedia communication tools, which make it possible for learners and instructors at different sites to partake in the same conference at the same time through text, or the "magic" of two-way audio and two-way compressed video^[1].
